Review content:
This was my first time visiting the Natural Retreat Salon & Spa and I was very pleased. As soon as you walk in the door the wonderful scents surround you. The decor is very nice and you truly feel like you walked into a spa. Jessica was my stylist and I can't say enough good things about her. She washed my hair and it was like a head and neck massage - nice. Not only was Jessica professional, friendly and easy to talk to, she cut my hair just like the picture I brought in. (I was coming in after about a year of cutting my own hair due to a tragic haircut I received at my old salon.) When we were done Jessica escorted me to the front desk. The phone rang while I was checking out and the call was promptly put on hold. Unlike most businesses I was not required to stand and wait as the conversation took place. I appreciate being given the complete attention of the person I am doing business with. I am very happy with every aspect of my visit to this salon and will be going back.
