Review content:
This store has horrible customer service. The racks are jammed so tight you cannot shop, and the prices are high. The first time I went in, they would not allow me to use a Visa card for an $8 purchase, and were rude about it. They have a $10 minimum to use a credit card, which is not allowed by Visa.
Today, I decided to give them one more chance since I was already in the area. I had selected over $100 in merchandise, and had been in the store at least 30 minutes. My 3 year old needed to use the restroom. I was told by the employee that there is no restroom, and I needed to take her to Marsh to potty. Hello----IT IS A CHILDREN'S STORE!!! How can you tell me to take my child elsewhere to use the restroom????
At that point, I put everything on the counter, told the employee in no uncertain terms that if my 3 year old could not use their bathroom that I was not buying anything in their store, and walked out. I will NEVER shop there again, and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
