8/23/2010, I don't have time to write reviews unless necessary, so this is important!!! I took most of my Real Estate classes at Sierra School(chimney rock) and I also started class at Sierra. I got a pleasant impression the first day. Somehow along the years Sierra moved, I lost contact and I had to go to Champions which is workable, then to Kaplan(horrible experience) this past week-end. Unless you want to have your money taken and in-turn be treated like crap BY FOLK WITH SICK ATTITUDES, do not attend Kaplan. The teachers have horrible attitudes, will start class early and will tell you LOUDLY that you're late(even 1 MINUTE by their clock of course) and that you can NOT come in, even after a break. I saw this with my own eyes. Kaplan holds class PASS the necessary time and they take up too much time talking about nonsense, instead of covering the material and ending the class. If you have to also maintain a life and family outside of a real estate class, DON'T WALK FROM KAPLAN, PLEASE RUN TO SIERRA/SPENCER!!! I am a Broker, so you know if I had this experience you can bet for an Agent it would be WORSE(at Kaplan), so make life simple and don't go to Kaplan...
