To Whom It May Concern:
I had 3 prescriptions to fill from my doctor and 1 of the prescriptions needed to be approved by Blue Cross & Blue Shield. It was getting late, so the ladies working at Walgreens gave me 2 pills to carry me over until the precription was approved and I paid $28.99 for 2 pills. The next day the prescription was approved and when I went to pick up the prescription an asian man at the prescription counter started yelling at me because he had to give me $28.99 back. My prescription card price was $25.00 for 30 pills.
There was no need of this asian man to be yelling at me. The ladies that worked the night before were nice enough to give me 2 pills. What is wrong with people. Did he wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
Also, I let Blue Cross & Blue Shield know how this asian man treated me.
He needs to learn how to treat customers. The customer is always right.
My husband and I will never get our prescriptions there again. We will go to CVS or somewhere else.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Gloria Vasilopoulos
