Your sales consultant, David Scott, worked with us to find, not just a vehicle, but the right vehicle for us. He made the process a very enjoyable experience. But your concern and involvement didn't end when we drove off the log. When we voiced our concern about several issues with the Kia, David took our concerns seriously and the tow of you worked with the service department to make it right. Something I have never experienced before. I must also commend your service department for their treatment of our concerns. They listened, asked questions and moved forward. they didn't try to minimize our concerns or offer excuses.
