Last evening I phoned this hospital in a emergency, to find out if a cardiologist was on duty or on call. I was left on hold 27 minutes when someone picked up the phone, giggled and hung up. All this time, my condition was getting worse and worse. When a neighbor, a nurse came to my home, she said that was not uncommon for this hospital and recommended that I go immediately to one in a nearby city. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!
