In short, please read other reviews (ACTUAL reviews by ACTUAL customers - not the futile rebuttals of obvious owners/employees of Downing Street Garage) and heed the warnings: if you take your vehicle here - you will be ripped off. In most cases you will be charged almost DOUBLE for parts and services than anywhere else in the metro area. You'll also be slapped with a diagnostic fee that will make you head spin. $250.00!! Avoid this place or you'll be sorry - wish I had read the reviews before towing my car here!!
