I am NOT new to this salon...But I have become disappointed in my services. I feel that the same thing is always done even when I ask for something different. I try to make my hair deeper in the fall but Kristi always seems to not correctly balance her color formula which ends up always comiing out reddish and it sometimes looks greenish in some areas. She is ok with blond hair but consistently does the " same" thing....I have tried to explain my feelings but she she gets annoyed... But it's not my fault that it comes out less then close perfect. She charges me a lot of money so I expect great results...
