I picked up 3 chicken kabobs from there, and brought them home tonight. I opened up the container, and on one of the bottom kabobs in the container there was a hair on it......not just any hair A PUBIC HAIR! So GROSS! I called them immediately and asked for a manager. I talked to the manager, and let her know that there's either a thick person hair on the kabob, or pubic hair(At the time I didn't thoroughly inspect it, but did after and determined it was definitely someone's pubic hair). She said I'm sorry, we try our best for things like this not to happen.( Really?! ) She asked if I wanted to bring it back today, I said yes, and asked if I used a credit card b/c she can credit it. Told her no I paid cash. So, I bring it back. I tell the manager she needs to show it to all their employees, and let them know what a customer just found on their food. She says no response. Then manager (Sandy) opens up the container and is looking on the kabobs for it. I tell her no, I put it off to the side of the container...she's still looking on the kabobs and says I don't see it. I said again and AGAIN no it's on the side of the container and am pointing to it. She's moving the kabobs all around and then one kabob swipped where the hair was. I tell her ok, now it's on the kabob. She just says well I'm not looking through this, and puts it off to the side. She says I'm not trying to argue with you. B/c I'm getting frustrated she's NOT LISTENING!!! I've been telling her the whole time where to look and she wasn't listening. Then she says so would you like something else? I'm thinking are you serious???!!! Told her no, I don't want anything else. So then she asks was this on a credit card? Seriously?? I just told her over the phone I paid cash, and I had my receipt. So she gave me back my money back, and then just says I'm sorry we try our best for these things not to happen. Not good enough, and a box of rocks that can't listen, and she really could've even acted like she cared, there was no empathy or anything!!!
