I sought chiropractic care due to neck pain and stiffness, pain of the upper back- extremity discomfort. Theses musculoskeletal disorders were due to poor ergonomic design in the work place. Within the first month of my chiropractic care with Dr. Hess, I already feel a difference. I am more mindful of my posture. Scheduling two 10-minute activity breaks into my work day has relieved my neck pain and shoulder discomfort as well as the gentle therapy of chiropractic care. Dr. Hess is highly trained and skillful. She listens and is sincerely concerned for her patient’s well-being.
