Kelly Realtors does a wonderful job of serving the individual home buyer. I have both successfully sold and bought homes in Waco through the assistance of Kelly Realtors. However, the agent I highly recommend is Beverly Wagner. She sat down with me and explained to be all the confusing legal terminology of the contracts. She also provided me with helpful tools and websites that could help raise the revenue of my house-which it did. She is the best in my opinion from the Kelly Realtors. If you can not get a hold of her my next best advice would be to talk to Jeff Bird.
