My neighbor recommended Heaven's Best so I called them. They were very nice on the phone but a bit over my price range. So I decided to use another carpet cleaner half the price to clean my carpets. Guess what happened my carpets!?? They took 4 days to dry AND I am not kidding. I called and complained and nobody did anything. I called Heaven's Best they told me to air the place out, open all the windows and move the furniture out of the house and it worked but I was still stuck with a nasty wet dog smell. Back to my review; I asked Heaven's Best to see if they can do something about the wet dog smell. They offered to come out and deodorize the place but they were very honest that it may or may not work. Thank god it worked and no wet dog smell. Thanks guys for being very professional. I learned one big lesson today = you get exactly what you pay for and I was stupid not to listen to my neighbor.
