The Best Buy in Westminster is just great. The people there are very friendly and for the most part know what they are talking about.
I bought my laptop from Best Buy and the first man I dealt with to sell me my laptop was not very nice. Even though they do not work on commission, he seemed upset that I knew exactly what i wanted and did not want to be talked into anything else. Two months later my laptop's hardrive crashed. I was able to purchase another computer as long as it was the same value, or I would have to pay the difference. I spoke with a few other sales guys and they were VERY helpful. They knew what they were talking about, they were not the least bit rude.
During my original trouble with the first laptop, I used the Geek Squad. They were GREAT! Very knowledgeable people, very helpful. If you ever need anything ask them!
The next time I was at Best Buy was to purchase my camcorder. I was helped by 6 different people. Every single person that had helped me was very kind. They all had a bit different input about different products that I was looking at. Two of them took a whole lot of time with me, especially because at this point I was indecisive. They helped me special order the product that I wanted without having to use Best Buy.com.
The best advice that they gave me is that if you order from BestBuy.com, then you cannot use gift cards. You can only use gift cards in the store. But if your product is not at the store, the store can order the product for you, AND you are allowed to use the gift cards. Weird, but true.
I will continue to go back to this store because of the service provided.
