Review content:
I just jumped on here to see that everyone seems to be raving about Ross & Kelly. They used to take my dog, but decided that he was a little bit too much trouble for them. He is very playful and has never had any social issues, but somehow Ross & Kelly deemed him "not the right fit." Oddly, they didn't give me an explanation beyond that when they refused to take him any longer. I take my dog to the park myself from time to time & ever since he was "kicked out" of the Kelly's Pet Care pack, they've treated me (AND my dog - yeah, they're "dog-lovers") with distain. I've witnessed numerous arguements between Ross & various people who get near the space they occupy at this PUBLIC park - Ross seems to like to tell people what is right & wrong with their dog's behavior. I think he thinks he's Cesar Milan. There are many other dogwalkers that bring large groups of dogs to the Laurel Canyon Park, and I've never seen any dischord among them. Ross & Kelly are quite interesting to watch, really. They do run & play a lot with the dogs, but there are SO MANY dogs (I've seen about 30 at a time), that they tend to corral them at various times to maintain order. If you're looking for individual attention for your dog, you're not going to get it with them. They clearly have no people skills, either, so you can forget about any level of decent customer service. I consider them oddballs and I would enjoy the park a lot more if they weren't there! They act like they own it and can be really obnoxious. You should think twice about hiring them.
Cons: No individualized attention to your dog
