I am a regular customer. I go in every 3 weeks for wax mustache and pedicure, I kept a record on my card of points. They told me that card no longer-points on computer. I knew I was close to points up to time for free service. I went in yesterday and asked how many more I had to go. They told me I had 0 points, I told them I knew better. They said computer must have dropped them off. I got cheated out of all my visits. Please go back to card so I can have it punched and not be cheated out of free services. I am appalled. Since you raised your rates I can go to licensed cosmetitian and pay same amount of money. This was a benefit but to get cheated out of something you promised it makes you think twice about coming back. Can I trust you?? Please go back to card so I have proof and not rely on compter that is only as good as the operator that can accidently delete and not able to bring back, BRANDON FLORIDA SALON. N
