I called and spoke with Warren, the owner, and he came out first thing the next morning. He was very professional in that he called to let me know when he was leaving for my place. He arrived with a helper and the first thing they did was attempt to unclog the toilet---AND THEY DID! Then they went underneath the house to see the condition of the pipes and told me that not only was there NO LEAKS, but the pipes were not corroded and didn't need to be replaced anytime soon. Relief!
Final price: $75.
Needless to say, I will not be calling Red Lilly ever again. My Plumbing Doctor will be my primary plumbing physician.
