Businiess name:  West Coast Vinyl
Review by:  Susan K.
Review content:
After five years of mold and drafts, my wife made me promise to do something about it this year. Not looking forward to in home sales, I contacted three Washington based window companies, and sat through the task of listening to their "pitch" Each presentation was about the same, everyone wanted to jockey themselves as the best around. One thing stood out above the rest, and that was West Coast Vinyl is owner operated out of Tacoma. They manufacture their own window, install it and service it, all from Tacoma. I liked the piece of mind knowing who was doing the work on my home and who I was going to call when something is wrong. Don't get me wrong, they weren't the cheapest bid I got, but at least I knew exactly what I was getting for my money. Installation was done professionally (Thank you Sean!), and when finally finished (I had some siding split during the removal of the old windows, which I understand, this is construction), my wife and I agreed that we picked the best company for the job. I just wish I would've opted for the pet door in my slider. Vienna(our Yorkie) would have loved it!
