Review content:
In my opinion Heatherwoods executive golf course has to be one of the best on the island. I went after reading Bryan's review. My friends and I are pretty good players. I am a 4 Hcp. I shot a 62 on the par 60. Yes some of the holes can be tiny from the normal yardage markers, however, play the blue stakes if you want to challange yourself. The greens have subtle undulations that offer a great challange to any good putter. We found the price reasonable considering the superb condition of the course and the nature of the buisness. I found the greens far better (smoother, no bumps) than most of the courses I play which are all over the island. After the round I asked and Heatherwood did not lose a single green or fairway this year, while top private courses such as deepdale have temp greens on several holes. $40 for prime time weekday rates with a cart for a 4300 privately owned and operated facility is very good. My friends and I would recommend this course to anyone looking to blow through a quick enjoyable round or poeple who are learning to play. After all that is the nature of an executive course.
