They showed up at 7:55 when they were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 8:30. They introduced themselves, explained the contract, and started moving right away. They were quick, polite, and didn't break anything.
They knew exactly how to get to my new address (even though it's a little tricky), and started work immediately. When they were done, they asked me to double check the truck to make sure they didn't miss anything, and again explained the contract for the final charges.
We were definitely charged a fair price and I'm really pleased. I would absolutely hire these guys again in a heartbeat.
