When we picked up our dog (he stayed 3 days), we noticed he was very nervous and uncomfortable. Looking at him, we saw that his eyes were mucous covered and crusted. His tail was down and he was shivering. When we arrived home, we noticed that his tail and behind were stained - obvious signs that he had diarrhea and was hastily wiped. For $120 ($35/night + $5/day group play), I am very disappointed at the lack of attention that was given to my dog. It was obvious that no one ever looked at his face or they would have taken 2 seconds to wipe his eyes. Also, no one ever mentioned that he had some sickness. For a kennel that prides itself on 24/7 care, I am extremely disappointed in the apparent lack of care that was shown to my dog.
