I have worked with Mr. Kulbushan Sharma of Century 21 on a home purchase for myself as well as for my relatives. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He knew my budget and worked hard to find homes that would fit my needs (good schools, safe area, spacious) without breaking the bank.
He was persistent in locating the right home for my family and did his best in the negotiation process. He has had success in selling homes as well and has gotten top dollar for such transactions.
I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new home in the northwest suburbs to give Mr. Sharma a call.
