did a fence for me,not top notch.frame for fence or pickets themselves not aligned,part of fence is higher than the rest.my mother hired him to side her house,big ,big mistake. 9 months later,3500.00 later,still not finished,given dead lines by mr cooper that were not kept.this lady is 73 and doesnt need the worries.its down to he said she said,no cooperation from brendan,he did a job for my moms neighbor,put the trash from that job in my moms yard,when ask about this he acted like he had done us a favor by removing it.he did remove it, but still has not even attempted to finish,you are crazy to even consider using this guy to build a dog house.have to hire some one to finish and repair the crummy work brendan has done,9 months,really?thanks for nothing brendan.karma is a wonderfull thing
