Blackmon Mooring showed up to clean the carpets in three of our rooms on time and presented a very professional appearance. The technicians were very courteous and polite and took the time to walk through our house and listen to what we wanted done. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Needless to say there was some spot treating to do as well as heavy traffic areas. We had a spot in the hall where our Doberman loves to lay. We thought would be stained brown for the rest of our lives. They got the area looking brand new. They had to run their hoses through our front door, but kept the door as closed as possible to keep as much air conditioning from escaping as possible. It was that kind of attention to detail that impressed me. They were also very informative about other services we might benefit from. They pointed out that our a/c vents were drawing in air from the attic and needed to be sealed.
We have had MANY carpet cleaners in the past (my wife is sort of a fanatic). I was a little surprised to find their rates as low as they were. Blackmon Mooring was, by far, the best service we have had. I highly recommend them to everyone and will be using them again.
