As an out-of towner visiting Grapevine for a few days I was told by the hotel staff that there were several good spas in the area. My wife and I chose Renata for a massage for me a facial and pedicure for my wife. When we drove up we immediately noticed smokers outside the side door which was a huge turn off. Inside, the lady that gave me my massage never said a word which left me uncomfortable and my wife's technician was just the opposite. She wouldn't stop talking about her personal life. My wife also overheard unprofessional conversation coming from other areas. We asked to speak with the owner but were told she was not there. We were disappointed that we hadn't chosen a different spa.
