Review content:
I must say first and foremost that I am usually a fan of Daired's. I have been going there for quite sometime now, so I know that they are not the cheapest salon around. However, I was very disappointed when I went in for partial highlights. I was charged $115!! My hair is not even long and my highlights were very subtle, which is what I asked for. My hairdresser maybe put 10 foils in my hair that may have taken her 15-20 minutes to place. When asked what my charges were, I was told $75 for the partial highlights, which I had anticipated, but then another $40 for a style!! I was under the impression that this service was included in the highlight price!! Was this a misconception that I had, or is this the norm for most salons? If I had been told about the extra charge for style, I would have happily left the salon with wet hair!! Now, I'm just left with a bad taste in my mouth about this...
