Review content:
After having had a bad experience earlier in the day at the Rushmore Crossing Eyemart, we resorted to just choosing eyeglass shops at random to try to find a reasonable rate for two pairs of glasses for my wife and myself. Luckily for us, Independent Optical was the first location that showed up in our GPS and we didn't have to search after that. We were greeted promptly when we entered, and when we explained what we were looking for and how much we had to spend the staff was more than happy to help. As we looked, the staff gathered two full trays of frames from the back of the store that matched what I was looking for and had them ready for me to try on. It was fantastic. After finding exactly what we both wanted (and for only $60 a piece too) the lenses were finished in about half an hour, and we were able to walk out with two pairs of prescription glasses for $120.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices
Cons: Sorta dimly lit, but other than that not a whole lot
