I live in Illinois and I ordered a Lucky Bamboo plant, Every Bloomin Thing website for our son. Since this was his first Father's day as a new Father I felt a Lucky Bamboo plant would be nice. I was very careful that I unchecked the substitue button, because I did not want anything else. They did not call and tell me they did not have it. They preceeded to deliver a different plant. Had my son not called and sent me a text pic I would have never known. I called the florist to say how disappointed I was, she said she did not see that I did not want NO other plant. She explained that TeleFlora puts that on her pics website even though she has none. She was going out to get one....declined reimburse credit card. So please be careful if you live far away in ordering your flowers and be sure to check to see what they delivered...it may be less than you want or pay for.
