Hi,
I had a very good experience with FCC collision center Milpitas. When my new Nissan Altima wanted a major repair after a bad crash, my insurance recommended FCC. It was near to my work place, but I was apprehensive and looked around to see they were really good. As it turns out, I talked to couple of body shop people and they said they don't have any negative comments about FCC. They have been in this business for a long time.
This is my first car and I was really attached to it. The estimator @ FCC was really helpful and explained all the process. Also I asked them a lot of questions, but he always found time to answer each one of it. They also gave me some free days of rental car as my insurance was not covering it.
Ultimately it was a 17.5K worth of repair, and I throughly enjoy my car. The paint work was really good and till now I don't have any issues at all. My friends who have eyes for great detail, commented on the repair work. They also replaced the wiper blades and repaired some of the dents which insurance was not accepting as a part of accident. They are really the best.
I also did a Auto body exam from the DMV and they also did not find any issues with the work of FCC.
If you are @ FCC ask for, Chris Sanchez. He really took care of all the things for me, and had lot of patience to answer even small questions.
