I love the foot ion detox and the body wraps. I recently had bunion surgery and after my first foot detox the pain that I had been experiencing at night was gone. It wasn't a result I was expecting, but I woke up in the middle of the night because my foot wasn't hurting - the foot detox was the only thing I did different that day. The foot detox also helped relieve some pain I experienced during a migraine headache.
The body wraps work great. I have lost several inches and they have stayed off. I have found that the more water you drink the better the wraps and the foot detox work. The water flushes everything out so you feel better and get better results.
The staff is informative, friendly and fun. I highly recommend!
