Good: There is nothing to be like in this dealership. ooh ya, their managers are good in making stories, thts the only thing u will like.. Bad: they are unprofessional, untrained, rude and my ruin ur credit coz of unprofessionalism like they did in my case. they went to my company after 2 weeks for my employment verification and met my CEO and told them the whole story. I got warning from job coz of their stupid activity , they could easily call the company, or can ask me for the paystub or employment letter. but they r unprofessional and dont know how to do the things so be careful when u r dealing with them. Improvements: Toyota must take action against them, they came to may company and when ceo asked for business card they gave one wine club card, and made excuse they dont have dealership car, put wrong information for the credit check,. Other: Dont even think to go to toyota dealershps in this area, and if u wana buy somethign from them , you are asking for trouble..be careful.
