Businiess name:  Bob Alessi - Personal Trainer
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I have worked out with Bob Alessi for five years, and I have never been disappointed. Bob is highly knowledgeable, and is able to design a workout and nutrition routine that caters to his clients specific needs (building, toning, weight-loss, etc). I have always had a gym membership, ever since I was in my early twenties, but with little motivation to actually turn up, I consistently let it slip. With Bob's individual attention, I now work out regularly three times per week-- and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Bob's clients range widely in age and fitness experience, and it is clear from the number of "regulars", they remain loyal and satisfied. The 'Personal Best' facility on Washington/Virginia is exclusively a personal-training gym: this means that your trainer is with you constantly during your session, and there is never more than a handful of clients (male, female, in a wide range of ages and sizes) in the space at any one time. When calling for an appointment, be sure to ask for Bob Alessi! Pros: excellent personal attention; individually designed workouts and nutrition plans Cons: parking can be tricky at peak times; no sauna, steamroom, or whirlpool
