Bell Lexus and I go back about 10 years or so. When I first moved to AZ I had a Lexus RX and took it to Scottsdale Lexus for service. What a disappointement they were! The next time I brought it to Bell Lexus and what a difference. They were very professional, thorough and I was treated like royalty. Two years ago I was in the market for a new car and I went back to Bell Lexus. The have a relaxed, no pressure sales approach. We haggled a bit on my trade-in, reached a deal and I bought a ES 350. I dreaded going to the "finance manager" - you know, the guy who tries to sell you everything under the sun like extended warranty, paint protection, etc. Not at Bell Lexus; the finance manager told me about other services that were available but never strong armed me. All in all a very pleasant buying experience.I"ve had the car serviced at Bell Lexus since it was new. They've given me a free loaner each time I needed one and when I waited for the car I stayed in a very nice reception area that's staffed. They have fresh coffee, fruit, rolls and they'll make you a breakfast croissant with egg if you ask. Terrific dealership with very knowledgeable and professional staff.
