Review content:
I browsed in this store for 20 minutes, passed by several employees and was never greeted, acknowledged or even looked in the eye. If the employees dedicated as much energy to customer service as they do their own appearances, this store would be first rate. At one point, two employees almost collided with me in the furniture section. They were busy yapping about rearranging things and literally ignored me. I hopped online the next day to send an email to the store owner about my experience ... only to discover on review sites that the employees - and even the owner - are known for their rude and condescending attitudes. Next time I am bored enough to venture into this place again, I'll make sure to bring my cat 'o nine tails ... you know, to go along with the sadomasochistic experience. Seriously, there's no need to visit this store ever again.
As for prices, they want $80 for used designer jeans. Thanks to internet shopping sites that alert you to designer sales, this is mind-boggling, as I can buy brand new premium denim for that price.
The consignment policy sounds egregious, as well. Stay clear, folks!
