As someone who approaches any type of “agency relationship” with great trepidation, I can honestly say that Will is someone you can trust (and someone we now call a friend!).
Let me start by saying that if not for Will, we would probably not be making our wonderful Green Street condo our home today. As first-time home buyers, the process is pretty overwhelming to begin with. Add to that, a bidding war the first weekend of open house, an increasingly complex (and infuriatingly nit-picky) mortgage commitment process, and an uncooperative sellers’ attorney – all signs were pointing to throwing in the towel.
But Will patiently and skillfully walked us through the process from beginning to end. He is the consummate professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we moved into that condo. In fact, when things started to look bleak, he even offered to sacrifice his commission to close the deal. THAT is something you don’t come across every day!
His first-hand wealth of knowledge about JP and its various pockets, combined with his experience and expertise in the real estate market (not to mention his long-time relationships with the players in our case) make him the ideal person to serve both buyers and sellers in this challenging market. And certainly his strong work ethic and genuine interest in serving your interest will put you at ease and give you the assurances you need to get through the process.
