I wouldn't normally feel inclined to write a review, but I think more people need to know about the deck. They are underrated as far as seafood in charlotte goes. I stopped in last tuesday for lunch and discovered they have daily lunch specials for 5.99. I happened to be there for the fish taco day, and I can honestly say they were the best I have had in charlotte. The blackened mahi compared to what I've eaten by the shore. I also tried the seared tuna taco and was impressed.
I wasn't able to really enjoy their wide array of drinks because I had to work, but I went back with a couple of friends a few nights later. We sat on the rooftop patio and cooled off with a few cocktails and coronas. It was all reasonably priced and I look forward to returning.
Pros: rooftop deck, cheap drink and lunch specials
Cons: high-heat or foul weather keeps you off the rooftop
