We are at our end with this management company with Kevin and MaryEllen. They are not good at all. They do not return calls, they do not follow up, they do not know what email or a scanner is, we have black mold, unpaying mortgagors, lights out, vandalism, and they continue to mess up our books and not return calls. We are reviewing our paperwork and will terminate them immediately. Im not shocked at what I read on line. It is all true. Their price is inexpensive, but you get what you pay for... There is no detail behind the work, there is no honesty in their word, they do not abide by their contract and now 9 months later have placed our complex in a worse situation than ever. We were warned but his price seemed to fit our budget, but now we must spend thousands to fix the mess. NOT WORTH IT...
KEEP LOOKING OR MANAGE THE COMPLEX YOURSELF. WE ARE HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED IN KEVIN AND HIS STAFF.
