I do not have many nice things to say about Moda. They also changed their name to Vida or Vita about a month ago, with no explanation. I got a haircut that looked terrible. I called to talk to the owners about it and they were nice and offered to redo it, but I was not about to take a chance with another stylist.
Unfortunately, I had to call again a few days later (took them quite a few to get back to me) because the stylist who I had used my account information on my tip check to pay a bill. Moda would not allow me to do cash back so I had to write a check. The salon was supposed to refund me for the tip I gave the stylist, but after many calls and none returned, I have still not received the tip back. I am truly disappointed with the way this salon is run. I see good reviews here and I am sure others have had good experiences, but the two times I have been here the salon has been absolutely dead and after this, no way I will return.

Cons: Awful haircut, dishonest employees
