Wow. I don't think I can rave enough about ECS. Lucky for me I live in the right state to find them! Though it is a bit on the expensive, It is amazingly worth it. My favorite is the Mango Mania :) You can add protein powders and additives like shots of flavors, enhancers, 'power boosts' and the works! You can personalize your own smoothie any delicious way you want! They have an easy to read menu with a convenient calorie/fat/protein stats at the bottom of the smoothie ingredients. Additionally, Emerald City Smoothie also sells protein powders, shakes, energy bars, and anything else you could possibly want for your nutritional needs. It's like Baskin Robins with over 31 different flavors you can choose from!
