So originally I posted a glowing review but after living there for almost a year my apartment has been full of drama - the latest was a flood. Once everything is settled I may provide a better review, but I didn't feel right leaving them at a four given the current state of my apartment and the manner in dealing with the company at this point.
Edited: Well everything is settled now and I feel much better about the situation. It was a hassle overall, but they dealt with the problems and resolved the situation rather quickly after the initial problems I had with them.
