I"ve stopped into "New Sully's" several times. For a local, neighborhood bar, the prices are steep. I'd happily pay $3.75-$4.5 for a beer if there is good atmosphere, food, entertainment etc, however, there wasn't much at Sully's. I usually head to to the Warren Tavern after 1 or 2 beers. The crowd that does go into Sullys is a group of regulars, that while good guys, aren't going to keep me there.
Pros: A quiet bar if you just want to grab a quick drink
Cons: No crowd, over-priced, no food, the bar has a rough reputation among locals
