Dr. Sally Kao has worked wonder on my back and sleeping disorder. Acupuncture is a form a Chinese medicine that inserts needles to various pressure points in a person to stimulate the bloodflow and heal the body. At first I was a bit of a skeptic, but after a friend recommanded me I reluctantly tried, and it has greatly improved my body movements and has made me sleep easier at night. TRy it.
