Review content:
We bought a new sofa and loveseat from Anshutz four years ago. Within a month, the cushions were starting to fall apart. We couldn't even sit on the sofa for the first month. We eventually received new cushions from the manufacturer. Within 13 months (11 months after we received the new cushions), the fabric on our sofa started coming apart in all the seams. When I spoke to Anshutz, they said I would need to talk to the manufacturer. The manufacturer said I needed to talked to Anshutz. I went back and forth like this for a few weeks. Finally Anshutz said they would contact me about a date to come and pick up the sofa so they could do the repairs (for a fee). I was never contacted again and my calls weren't returned. They always seem to have great sales going on, but I will never buy from them again because they didn't value my business the first time.
