I brought my car in for the "premier"service and noticed when it went through the wax section, no wax was applied. I notified the front desk and they asked the workers to bring it through again. I was inside, but could hear the cursing in Spanish and yelling back and forth between the front deskperson and 'George' from outside. The car went through again and the wax was applied this time so I went outside to wait for my car. While waiting, George and the others thought it was funny to curse me out in Spanish so much so one of the workers told them to stop that I could hear them which brought more "Bendejo" comments and laughter. They made a mistake with the wax which was easily corrected, but the workers decided it was open season on the customer who brought it t their attention. I've noticed that last few times I've gone through there is a lot less proper supervision, but today was just as bad as it could get. I can get an $18 car wash anywhere. From now on it will be anywhere else.
