I read such good reviews I decided to give them a try. I purchased about 10 items in excess of 350.00. Staff was very friendly and helpful. First time we used one 15.00 toy (aqua bomb- which needs to be screwed open and closed to use it) it jammed closed and we couldn't open it. I sent my daughter to return it (and also pick up 2 more toys) The sales girl was equally unsuccessful in unscrewing it so my daughter asked for an exchange.It appeared they may have had this problem before with this toy. They did exchange it but only after telling my daughter it was her fault for closing it too tight-and then she rolled her eyes when my daughter said she didn't have the box.I had been very happy with this store-Now they will never see me again. The good customer service seems to end when you pay and walk out the door.
