The installers were very unprofessional. They didnt even were shirts. They also were not careful when placing the granite countertops. They put several large chips in my brand new cabinets and also broke my cabinets because they did not tell inform the other contractors that they would not be responsible for installing the countertops to the dishwasher. This caused more cabinets to be broken. They also made a bar that was so long and had only a four inch support wall. When I informed them of this problem they said that it was our responsiblility to install support brackets. I have never had this type of treatment by any of the other contractors that we have hired. They cut the wrong size for my sinks which made further dalays for the other contractors. It was also the most beautiful piece of granite that I had chosen for my kitchen which had to be recut and I could not get that piece of granite. The edges were sharp and cut my little boys finger. They told me that they do not smooth the edges of the granite and that it was not their problem. The fireplace was peiced together with several different pieces of granite because they had cut that the wrong size as well and it looked terrible. They told us they had been in business for many years but I later found out that they had only been in business for less than a year. The main foreman is a retired factory worker that had no experience installing granite countertops. I was very disapointed with the work they had done and would never recommend this company to anyone. I ended up spending thousands of dollars to repair the damage that they had caused.
