This is truly the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to - all of my clothes come back with the old stains PLUS new stains that were created by the cleaner!
I have had multiple negative experiences with this dry cleaner - a garment was ruined, clothes that were supposed to be ready at a certain date were not ready, two pairs of white pants that came back with stains on them and the last incident was a lost jacket which the owner refuses to compensate me for. The owner of the dry cleaner is not on site and the manager is the "middle man" so that a customer cannot get in touch with the owner - this is a terrible business and I am not sure how they get away with this miserable service.
