Review content:
We have had a ongoing issue with carpenter ants since we bought our home a few years ago. A few different companies have treated it since and they all seemed to have been treating the current issue not looking for the root cause. I called Spectrum Pest Control and they actually offered advice, solutions and identified the root cause (a tree near our home) This impressed me very much. I intend to get the tree removed in the future but have chosen to keep them on a long term service to protect my property.
My experience with them gave me the impression that they are a highly professional and seem to really care about customer satisfaction.
