So,....Last night I showed up at OSH at 8:40 (It closes at 9 p.m.) and a very kind and knowledgeable sales person helped me to pick out the proper cement and sand for a project and handed me the pick-up tickets and I headed to the register only for the clerk to tell me that the pick up location in the back was closed. I tried explaining that her colleague just handed me the tickets. Her reply was, " You don't have to be so condescending." I was pretty shocked. She then called the manager over to help me and the manager called to the back on a phone and another colleague came to the front confirming that the back was now closed. The manager asked if I could come back tomorrow. It was VERY clear to me that the three of them were only thinking about getting home rather than selling me something at five minutes until closing time. Customer service? hmmmmm Home Depot is looking pretty good!
