I have been to Unique many times. I happened in there because I was working in the same strip mall. The people who own this restaurant are WONDERFUL. Although the dining area is formal with nice linens and private booths, it also feels like you are sitting in your best friend's kitchen. The food is fresh, inventive and just plain delightful. I can not handle very spicy food but like a little bit of spice. I have found that they peg my spice level every time (they know my particulars with spice). I have not been able to go back lately because I am recovering from an illness but I do hope to find them still cooking when I am able to return.
