I read about CA Shuttle Bus in the LA Times and as a frequent traveler between the Bay Area and LA, it seemed like something worth looking into. The next time I needed to go down to LA and couldn't find cheap airfare, I gave them a call. They charge $45 for a 6-hour bus ride. Unfortunately, on the day of my trip, the bus had broken down and I was stuck the back row of a van (which had really bad suspension). All things considered, I’d be willing to use them again, but definitely no vans!
